Each and every Coral we offer started it’s journey as an Aquacultured piece acquired by Baked Reef that was dipped, and then quarantined. After making it successfully through the quarantine process, it gets added to one of our grow out systems where it will grow into a larger colony. After it has grown large enough several frags would be taken off and mounted to tiles for grow out again. After we have had three or more generations of frags from the original piece we consider it a Baked Reef Aquaculture’s Coral Clone! It has been expertly baked at 420° until it reaches its best coloration. It then takes its turn in the photo booth before being offered to you!
